Lol. Think of the major scoop the mainstream reporters may have missed because of the t-score blackout! :stupid: TWO top PSLE scorers from the same family in different years?! Is that even possible? Fantastic!

i think first in psle history!!

Their parents can write a book \"How to ace in psle\". Confirm #1 best selling book!

Can wait 2+ years down the road so that my turn for PSLE is over by then before MOE implement this other \"quick-fix\" which probably cause more issues? Abolish this T-score and I really will :scratchhead: how to determine range to choose schools šŸ˜“ :frustrated:

What's the problem with choosing schools again if T-score is abolished? :?

There is another similar family :
similar to brother & sister siblings (Ishal & Yasmin).

This family of two sister siblings are (Natasha Nabila & Natalia Nabila bte Muhamad), both from St Hilda primary.

                Psle 2007 -
Natasha (elder sister) broke record :
she scored 294, highest so far.
formerly from Gongshan primary, before Transfered into St Hilda Gep.

Natasha score of 294 : was outstanding

                Psle 2011 -
                Natalia (younger sister) :
was the Top Malay pupil (scored 280), nation wide.

What's the problem with choosing schools again if T-score is abolished? :?

Then, whether a pupil can get into RI or ACSI or HCI or not -
                  becomes subjective.

will lead to greater controversy, because parents question -
\"Why your son can get into super popular Sec school, whereas my son cannot ? \"

at least now if based on T-score -
it rely & depends on individual merit.
If you're able to meet the Cut off point, then you can enter.
This is fair & square : because everybody know what is the Cut off point, for the Secondary school.
The Cut off point is transparent, for all parents & pupils, to see.

If cannot meet Cut off point & your T-score not too far off, within 3 points below Cut off point, may try to appeal.

If rely on individual merit, people find it harder to fault.
But if enter based on \"subjective\" opinion : more people unhappy because argue not fair, if their sons cannot get in A super popular school (for example)
                  Since is subjective -
what if parents or some one very rich or influential know the Principal of a popular Secondary school well, pull strings behind closed door ?
Won't this be more unfair ?

Congratulations! Better than NYPS. NYPS top score is probably less than 270. The figure 270 shown is just a number.
