Hi KiaSu Parents, have you read our review on MindStretcher yet?

                Thanks! :celebrate:
Just want to add on from the review done by Nancy on MS at mind builder, I agree with her that there are mistakes and are not rectified. Hers was the Katong MS K2 bad experience. Mine was a friend who approached me about MS K2 math work done in 2013 at Hougang MS. Eg:4 x 5. The correct way to teach is 4 groups of 5. But I was told my friend's child learnt 5 groups of 4. There were so many multiplication sums but the teacher taught wrongly! Can you imagine the child goes P1 and learnt that 4 x 5 is not 5 groups of 4 which was taught by MS teacher but need clarification by primary school teacher that 4 x 5 is 4 groups of 5. That was the k2 enrichment teacher's fault who taught wrongly at MS.

                  aiyoh !

something so basic like groups of x :
Mindstretcher Tr can also teach wrongly, and this is only P1 level.
what more errors will they Teach wrongly, if go up to higher level ?

think whoever this Mindstretcher P1 Tr is, that is teaching P1 Maths concepts wrongly, better go back to learn P1 stuff. She is not fit to teach, if something so basic, can also get it wrong ?

although both 5x4 and 4x5 give same answer, but in schools, sometimes P1 Maths Tr can test students grouping concept, based on whether they get the grouping concept correct or wrong ?
once wrong, students get zero mark.

which P1 Maths Tr is this, at Hougang Mindstretcher branch ?
                  makes parents wonder :
how Mindstretcher select Tr, to teach at their branches ?

Just to clarify: it is not the P1 teacher who taught wrongly. It was the K2 teacher who taught wrongly in MS Hougang for the K2 programme enrichment in 2013.

Does anyone have the P1 achiever worksheet for Math, English and Writer’s toolbox? I wish to buy a set and preferably the 2013 set. Please PM me if someone is willing. Thanks a lot!
