[quote="Rich dad poor dad"]In my previous post in this thread…I explained it is mainly to give DS the freedom of choice after 4th year into secondary life…DS score is in the 25* range…is our family decision to go with the O level track…to many…IP track seem to be the much go after program as it provide a one way ticket to JC but we think otherwise…[/quot

Its pretty normal to opt for o level track at chs, after all its a proven track in chs, and some do prefer a more structured program as well as the flexibility at the end of 4 years…

Agree totally. We were also seriously considering the o level track actually. Was more concern abt the unproven!,

According to Student's Handbook, students are to assemble at the Plaza from 7.15am to 7.25am (latest) for attendance taking, everyday..

Btw.. Are the class lists out ? Wonder if the boys are grouped by PSLE scores..

cat high sort students according to their surname first during orientation. Students who display athletic potential are chosen to join ‘Sports’ class. Others are sorted by PSLE score. Ask me anything else about cat high. I graduated in 2012 so I am not exactly sure about the current situation but I will answer whatever i can.

All students must be in assembly area by 7.30am. Upper secondary students sometimes have morning classes at 7.

DS says there'll be water-play today (water-bombs !! 🦆 ). Hope the year-1 boys have brought along extra t-shirts, shorts & socks to school today.. 😓
