Earlier in January the school bus auntie told me that they have to ferry in 2 trips as not enough school bus for single session. So if you are allocated 2nd session may end up reach at 3pm. Hence I am relieved that the single session cannot materialize yet for next year....

I think then the school may stagger the release time. P1-2 end school at 12.50, p3-4 end at 13.20 and p5-6 end at 14.00 etc? Plus many p5-6 have extra afternoon remedial classes… Should be quite manageable.

If can find enough classroom to accommodate all P1 / P2 students : can turn single session.

But if MBS plan to build a brand new block to house more classroom, won’t the students need to shift out temporarily to somewhere first : since piling construction work will be noisy, dusty, & construction workers walking around school premises carrying cement, pushing wheel barrow of sand, etc ?

are you referring to Paper 1 Chinese Composition test (zuo wen) marks ?
12 upon 20 means : just pass by 2 marks. (risky)

Those who do well in Chinese zuo wen test :
usually scored minimum 15 & above marks, upon 20.
Some MBS students write zuo wen, very well !

If you're referring to Paper 2 Chinese (vocabulary, comprehension) :
                    need to buck up.

Are you referring to P1 tingxie test, those 2 pages worksheet like test which test hanyu pinyin and 填写汉字? If yes, just make sure the child knows the hanyu pinyin for those 我会读/认/写 words and how to write these words as well and the results will improve.
