Seriously, if it's on the face, I think you should go to an aesthetic doc to get it done, especially if it doesn't need regular follow up.

I used to have one near the eye. I went to the polyclinic to get a referral letter to NUH. After the doc has examined, I was arranged to see an eye doc because the mole was just too close to my eye. A day surgery was then arranged.

It was a bad experience because I think the anesthetic applied was not enough to numb the area and I could literally feel the sewing - needle poking in and out of my skin.
After the sewing, a little plaster was placed on the affected area and I took a bus home. I asked for a few days of MC to skip work although the doc did say I could return to work the next day.

National Skin Center. If I am not wrong, it has both subsidised as well as non-subsidized rates, depending on whether you walk-in or for referral, private doctor or polyclinic.

I had some day surgeries done there years back.

Yes, NSC does mole removals. Not sure though if that service falls under subsidized or non-subsidized clinic. They offer different methods of removal. Moles can be removed either by surgery or by laser treatment. You can research on the different removal methods prior to appointment, so you can be prepared with questions you may wish to ask when you’re there.
