Beetroot
-
Jen,
Can try juicing yourself?
I juice it together with apple, cucumber and celery. -
AB, how to handle beetroot?
-
Jen,
I cut away the skin, wash the vege and cut into pieces.
Then I juice it with the other fruit and veges.
Once done, I pour the juice into the strainer to strain out any fibre (personal choice).
I am using an old juicer by DeLonghi. -
It looks like a red onion. Can the leaf stalks be eaten too?
One of my NZ friends uses it in his sandwich. -

I buy from either NTUC finest or wet market.
I think you should be able to get it easily in any supermarket. -
