      tankee, what time were you there, roughly? I saw the you tiao stall and was tempted to, but was a super long Q, so I gave up. Haha, we might have met without knowing.

        Vito, thanks for the mee rebus recommendation at Bedok Blk 58! Reached there at about 10am this morning, was about number 20 in the Q. Got my mee rebus, came home, everyone gave it the thumbs up! http://www.postimage.org/templates/images/smiley/food-and-drink/19.gif\">

        Recently found another good mee rebus at Adam Rd HC. The Malay stall is located near to famous Nasi Lemak stall. This stall is also known for its Soto Ayam.

        Though IMHO, Selera Kita still serves the best mee rebus so far.
        :celebrate:

            I remember eating a nice & famous Prawn Mee (soup version) at Bedok during breakfast but cannot remember which block number.

            Anyone ?
            Vito,
            are you referring to the Ah Gu Prawn Mee at blk 16 market? This stall has been featured in food shows in channel U and channel 8 many times. the Q is also very long. I've not tried it yet... heheheee... too many things to eat liao...

                No, don't even know where blk 16 is! :lol: Simply zoomed to Blk 58, got the mee rebus and zoomed home. Why, what's good at blk 16?

                    Hi,

                    Is it the corner shop which serves seafood, Big eater? My family loves the yummy crabs there. The crab that fried with salted duck eggs are our favourite. They serve the crystal hor fun with dried shrimps are good too. Can also order crab beehoon in soup for family of 4. u can choose either airconditioned or non. Price is reasonable too. oats with prawns are fresh too. Been there three times since last year.

                        There's good mee siam and popiah at the corner coffeeshop;

                        Lao Lim's ta mee pok is also good (but std not consistent nowadays depending on who is tossing the noodles).

                        :celebrate:
