Just wondering, is it right and necessary for IDA to publish its staff’s particulars on a public forum? I would think that the staff’s competency is more relevant here than whether this person is a grad or not.

Maybe it desperately needs to defend it's position, so that the accusers and bystanders can stop probing and move on?

As to whether a person's competency is more relevant than whether a person is a grad or not, a person who is a grad seems to be more relevant and more important than if he or she is competent. So in hiring a competent person even though the person is not a grad seems to contravene policy and may not be acceptable.

Need to start from the top. Was her MBA listed in her resume and indicated in her application form. If yes, it's false declaration and an offence IIRC. Salary, outstanding performance, and recruited based on Bachelor, etc are merely sidetracking the issue.

In Stat board, masters degree holders are paid higher. Not sure if Ida will justify by saying they factored in her yrs of relevant wk experience.
