        The Bishan-Mt Sinai JC

Ok I think Bishan JC still the best since most people want the kid to study in Bishan. 😂 But people don't want Mt Sinai so seems like rubbing salt ... :scratchhead:

So Bishan JC should satisfy everyone! 🕺

You stated this because you are biased towards patients of IMH.

The National Council of Social Service message states that:

\"Stigma and stereotyping persons with mental health issues are
significant barriers to the social inclusion of persons in recovery.
It prevents persons with mental health issues from accepting
their condition and seeking help, and it perpetuates a culture of
secrecy and a sense of despair. It alienates people and contributes
          to low self-esteem.
Yet, many people with mental health issues do recover, and when
they recover, they can function effectively just as anyone else.
Persons with mental health issues need to be given a chance to
contribute to society and to show what they can do.\"

And peace, please don't start another round of bickering.

We can disagree, but we should show mutual respect to one another and remain civil to each other.

No wonder it’s taking the school so long to come up with a name for the JC. It really isn’t easy and you have to satisfy the wants of three different parties. Not easy at all.

In this forum there are some trouble creators ; they themselves know who they are if they even have a conscience.

Bishan JC not specific enough : because there are two JCs in Bishan (RI and new JC).

Then people will ask, which Bishan JC, is your child in ?

Some are self indulgent and some are probably showing worrying signs of some forms of sickness.....anyway, those with genuine concerns or Good Samaritan spirit should continue to voice out their concerns so that the session on 25/5 will be a fruitful one .

I suggest taking bus/train in the morning from areas like amk, yishun to the mt Sinai site to record the time taken and traffic condition. Also from 3 pm to 8 pm back to these areas and probably record the time taken to walk from mrt to the site. Some suggest the areas is unsafe , probably can take pictures at night to study the area . Jc students finish school much later than the primary school students .

Has the school sought the feedback of the 3 parties for naming the JC yet? :?
