Hi, Understand NJC uses its own Reading Comprehension and Mathematical Reasoning test for DSA. Any idea if it is modelled around the HAST papers. Parents of children from recent years - any feedback on the test (used to be HAST previously).

Is it Maths Olympiad type Maths Qs?

          Many thanks in advance

Change of Dean for JH, James is now a VP? New Dean?

No official announcement on change in calculation of GPA, however, during mark check, many teachers told the students, no more credit system assigned to individual subjects. Thereby MT no longer has a high weightage as it used to be.

JJ1111 and Jennifer, notice any change in GPA fm the result slip?

Attended NJC open house yesterday, the student guide told us NJC is moving away from GPA system. The school has not given more information about the new system yet (base on %).

The result slip is very simple. Just individual subject marks.

No GPA. No highest, mean, lowest score. Nor percentile like last year mid-year.

From the result slip, I don't know whether my girl improve or drop compared to last year. :?

I yet to request for pwd reset šŸ˜‰

I believe the sch is moving away from putting emphasis on paper results, in line with MOE's messages.

Now I shall go request password reset šŸ˜‚[/quote]Hi, I am looking for the results in LMS.

Logged into LMS as parents, do I go to Profiling - Student's results, then choose JHx - mid year assessment?

I do not see anything. Not even last year. And there is no tabs anywhere for me to go back to the main page and no logout button. Weird.

Then I went to login for my elder boy, there is a eResult, but no pull down window to select which report book.

Edit to add: I found the tab eResults for ah boy.
