I've used the products for about 3.5 weeks now. My pimples definitely not so many. I've only just started the pigmentation lotion so can't tell if it is working well. I forgot to tell you that I was also given oral antibiotic to stop the big pimples.

Dr may also give you antibiotic to stop your pus-like pimples. Make an appointment quickly if you want cos it takes about 3 weeks to get to see him for 1st consultation. It's difficult to get an ideal time slot even for subsequent consultation. Long waiting time at clinic too, about 45 mins.

Thanks for the heads-up. I seem to have an impression of Derma Rx products but cant recall if i saw them at my regular clinic or at some pharmacies. I usually ask for Doxycycline for standby and start a 2 wk course when I feel an outbreak coming... Not an ideal situation cos of my dependency as I think my body may be getting used to the anti-biotics and developing a resistance against it.

I have the same problem too, except I was always dark, but putting sunblock on my face for years had led to a fairer face than arms.

I find the Shisiedo one, the one in the gold packaging to be very easy to use. It's +SPF 50 and quite liquidy, so you don't have that cloggy, oily feeling on your skin.

I guess maybe we have to contemplate putting sunblock on the arms after a shower. Shiseido also has one for the body, at SPF 50 also. Not very grimy either.

Talking about lightweight sunblock, can anyone recommend similar type for children too?

One of my kids has her PE at noon :shock: She is getting some freckles due to this and I want to start her on one too.

My girl has pigmentation / freckles on her legs. First GP said blood vessels burst. She used magnifying class to see the spots. 2nd doctor at polyclinic said pigmentation, but why on legs since should be face more exposed to sun. Specialist appointment at skin centre is mid this month.


I bought nivea whitening SPF30 for her face recently to be used during PE.

Loner, I having using the Amway Pure White Essence and the Amway Spot corrector. I do find it helps.

I’m using Jyunka miracle fluid now. It is really the best face serum that I have ever used. My face pigmentation is less obvious now and looks so radiant now. My make up can less a whole day without touch up too.

I'm using DRX for at least 4 yrs. I would say my skin improved in terms of texture. However I developed allergies - little red spots which I think it related to the Vit A gel I'm using.

Dr said ok leh.

Recently I stopped for a while. My massage lady recommended a cream. It is not oily and has no red spots allergies. Fantastic results

I am on DRx for almost 8 weeks now... Like CF, swear by it and use it day and night... BF and ABM seldom use.. Maybe 1-2 per week only.


I am happy as I use to need get moderate to severe breakouts abt 5-6 weekly... Hormonal? :? .. That requires me to start a course of anti-biotics... So far so good. Have some spots but still acceptable.

Someone mentioned to me this pretty new product from Amway Artistry range, the Creme L/X (for anti aging + lifting). Apparently proven clinically to look 15 years younger with latest patented technology. It’s pricey (about M$1k for a bottle that last 2 to 3 months), that’s why I would like to know if any one out here that has experience with this product. Amway agents need not comment…haha
