Remaining lease and location.. I won't buy a leasehold condo which is more than 15 years old.. Next time dunno can sell anot.. U saw sth u like? -

So not all citizens have equal rights, since HDB owners can buy private ppty but not the other way round. You must be a new citizenbb_ mom:

Thanks for sharing. Yes, I feel there's a lot of downside but at this point developers are not realistic yet. Not reflecting market sentiments. So many balance units but refused to adjust price.
I'm curious. Would they rather pay 'fine' for unsold units than to sell at bigger discount to buyers? -
By the way, anyone has any idea why some developers chose not to launch the units even though entire condo already TOP?
On paper still remained unlaunched. What is the purpose of that? Defer timeline to some tax or what?
I find that puzzling. Agents also clueless. -
