999/freehold. District 15 and 19 also have. Land price for bigger plots now sub $1k psf liao. Some will be able to buy at this price, some are priced higher but negotiable.

            Prices more realistic now.

I don’t want marble or stone floor. My maid was proactively cleaning my granite floor with mama lemon cos I said the kitchen floor is oily and add mama lemon to the water when mopping.

Marble like and timber like tiles is good for me. Same for my bathroom. Slammed the ladder onto wall. 2 tiles chipped off. Now am stuck with either broken tiles at eye level or renovate entire bathroom.

You want parquet flooring on the ground floor?! Good luck keeping rotting dampness away from it. That stuff literally rises up from the ground. :nailbite:

Before you cover the ground slab with concrete must do termite treatment for the whole compound - literally cover the whole land with termite chemical then cover with non porous plastic sheet then cover with concrete slab at least 300mm thick

Post construction termite surveliance is important too to prevent termite infestation.
