      shurley197323, is the honey in there for taste or for reaction with the cinnamon? If it's latter, can use molasses right? šŸ˜‰ But not sure if effective loh!

        Anyone try this before ? While I was browsing the internet looking for honey for my kids and saw quite a number of comments about Honey + Cinnamon. ( Can lose up 3kg/per week)

        So I also bought this morning going to try out today. Anyone try this before and hope you can share your experience, Thanks.

          So far it's 4th day I had tried, frankly speaking, I feel no differernt so far and I didnt change my diet at all. But I will update on Monday to reveal my weight šŸ™ On 4 april my weight is 50kg, anyone want to guess my weight on 11th April (jz for fun) :lol:

                  Squeeze one Green lemon juice and add some water. Drink every day at least 30min before the breakfast.
                  I supposed that is not good for the stomach. too acid?

                    honey with apple cider vinegar, also can reduce weight. but only drink after meal.
