          Squeeze one Green lemon juice and add some water. Drink every day at least 30min before the breakfast.
          I supposed that is not good for the stomach. too acid?

            honey with apple cider vinegar, also can reduce weight. but only drink after meal.

                        That's in the healthy range!
                        Same here i also same height and weight as you.
                        I am aiming for 45 kg.
                        Was so close to it when i changed maid and felt so stressed. From 52 kg down to 48 kg, then now maid can cook well and i not stressed, so weight increase to 50kg. Sigh.......
