Comparing English Enrichment Programmes
-
Hi,
Did anyone have feedback for Julia Gabriel Readers and Writers (I love reading) program? I check with them and they said no assessment required. Worksheets will be done in the class and there will not be any spelling tests. I quite like it cos no stress. However, I would like to hear from other parents who have children attending this program.
Thank you. -
Anyone has comments or compared The Mindstretcher and The Alternative Story?

Hi,
Any good enrichment centre that teach solid ground works (grammar, sentence structure... etc) for a K2 kid who reads well? My boy is on ICR-A but I intend to switch him as he is approaching P1, to go along with the MOE syllabus requirements.
I've called up Learning Point (LP) and was told they have no more opening for K2 intake. They cover grammar works in K2, which is what I need, but now it's too late to enrol.
How about other schools like: LCentral, Mindstretcher, TAS...
Any feedback appreciated

If compare TAS and Mindstretcher, DS prefer TAS as the lessons are more fun and challenging. Mindstretcher has tons of worksheets to do and is not tat challenging.

It's nice to hear from someone who has tried both. In yr opinion which syllabus is better in terms of building a child's eng foundation? Is yr DD still with TAS? -
My opinion is LP follow by TAS. DS has joined LP now.
