CL_easy:

New HCL O level oral exam start from year 2016: 20 marks in total, 10% of overall marks. Students need to watch a video before go to the examiner, they will do an oral presentation based on the info provided in the video, after that, the examiner will ask questions according to the students' presentation.

There are some details on how the oral will be conducted. Think the students will be given 10 mins to watch the video and prepare for the oral presentation. During the 10 mins, students can re-watch the video repeatedly and try and remember the key points. The video itself is estimated to be about 1 min 30 s long and the oral presentation should not exceed 2 mins.
Oral presentation is 10%, discussion based on the oral presentation another 10%, so total oral component 20 %.

For normal CL Paper, the total is 60 marks:
Sit Writing (20m) + Essay (40m)

For Essay, 20m for Content and 20m for Grammer (minus wrong words used...).

If you write out of point, marks will be heavily deducted under the Content portion.
