If you write an essay out of point will you get zero or fail?

For normal CL Paper, the total is 60 marks:
Sit Writing (20m) + Essay (40m)

For Essay, 20m for Content and 20m for Grammer (minus wrong words used...).

If you write out of point, marks will be heavily deducted under the Content portion.
