All About Flashcards
-
I tried printing those flash card on the Canon Pixma and Epson CX series printer, quality is not as good as printing on paper, but doable. I am too lazy to print on paper and laminate or cut the paper and paste it on those flash card.
-
I use the traditional method. Print on normal paper and paste them on top of thicker paper.
Personally, I feel laminating make the cards a bit too thick for flashing fast. just my preference. -
For flashing fast, I bough those finger glove, those tiny glove that cover individual finger. It provides enough friction to flash the card quickly.

You know... a software-based flash card system which allows you to put the kid in front of the monitor and with adjustable flashing speed may not be such a bad idea afterall

I use those too but still quite slow leh. especially if I need to flip the cards. A5 ones still okay. A4 cards I definetly take longer.
Chief, if I am not wrong the softares don’t go less than 1 sec per card… -

But... but... movies go at 25 frames per second, which means each frame takes 1/25 second. If I can watch movies on my computer, why can't I flash faster than 1 sec per card?? :lol:I use those too but still quite slow leh. especially if I need to flip the cards. A5 ones still okay. Maybe we should make movies of flash cards and simply play them on TV. No need for computers. New product idea! -

Ha ha …definetly good idea…heee but lots of work woah… -

Those powerpoint type, cannot use their timer, too slow, like 1 sec per flip. I manually click my mouse to make them flip faster :lol:I mean those editable ones on powerpoint lah.

Think you can start flashing pictures to them at super high speed so that their brain is tuned to it. As for words, I usually use large word on those B5 type paper.guys, i tried already with a pack of AZONE 280 GSm white paper..
