      Imp75:
No plans on revision this holi. School had given holi hw and projects and there is CCA for half a day for almost everyday of the remaining year. Intend to let child enjoy her master break before the gruesome P6 commences. Teachers are more gancheong than parents.

Let child enjoy this year end holidays.

There is enuf time to study for PSLE.

Too early studying may cause early burnt out.

I also started ah boy on his chinese and Maths twice a week tuition, intend to carry on till mid December and give him a two weeks break before school holiday starts. Partly mummy here is going through busy period at work, no time to coach

know it is not very nice but imagine weekday 5 days at home with 10 hours of free time, don't study and keep up with it then do what, right?
Now looking for proven science teacher as he scored badly for SA2...

The 2015 batch of PSLE kids did very well… Meaning COP will be higher for our 2016 batch of PSLE kids?

While the cutoff point may go up this year, it only affects the current batch of P6ers.

The COP for 2016 batch of PSLE kids will depend on the level of difficulty of 2016 PSLE papers and also the strength of next year's PSLE cohort. Don't worry too much about it, just focus on helping your child to improve on his/her weaker subjects if any. 😄

Yes. I am aware that the cop will only affect current batch of kids. However, we usually take into consideration the most recent cop of the schools during secondary school selection.. So we will probably see a higher cop due to the better results this year.

Hopefully, our batch of PSLE do as well next year :boogie:

yes...with the release of this year's results, this year's p6s finally finished their primary school education...2016 psle thread will be 'promoted'.
