CGS is considered as a band 1 school under the old ranking. My impression from 2 years ago was 60% attained 6 a1s and above.

I supposed everyone experience is different but based on past 2 years observation, they are given many different exposure. Also obseved quite a lot of project work/ presentation opportunities which maybe due to their o level plus programme, it will prepare the child for post sec education. Peers wise, girls are the \"decent\" type but they can get \"loud\" during school activities eg cheering, shouting out loud for their friends, etc but I see that as a form of vibrancy of the crescentians.

Teachers will offer remedial lessons for those who need it/ want to attend. So far my Dd is happy to be in CGS.

Sec 2 streaming was manageable as their base offering is based on popular choices.

Girls come from different family background which is good. Oh while they are near orchard and my Dd and her friends have to go to plaza sing everyday, we don't hear her loitering in orchard after school.

The class size was already cut 2 years ago.

In terms of cop, no one knows. It is all driven by demand and supply. But this year score was higher than last year's so yes, can't tell at all. But if you feel strongly about it, put it as a 1st choice. You can always try to appeal later.
