      Happy Mum:

SkillsFuture...ensuring everyone has a job...and does it with quality and pride...hahaha...and there will be a lot of differentiation in learning I bet.
i think this Skillsfuture thing applies more to the kids from secondary school onwards. at primary level, it's more crucial to see that foundation is laid and firm.

2004 parents next batch to worry followed by 2005 (ie 2017 psle).

新官 would have made some changes or something in the pipeline.

PSLE 2018 mean our kids only have 2.5 yrs to be prepared. Assuming Jan 2016 in which by Jun 2018 the school syllabus should have to be covered.

I still believe that our kids would still be subjected to the COP system when entering secondary schools

I've always thought PSLE is a 2 year journey... but I guess I've got lots more to learn 🙂

Chief KS, not 2 years. When my kid enter Primary 1, the school said be prepared for the National Championship (PSLE) in 6 years time. :imdrowning:

There is a fixed syllabus to cover every year.

Schools would usually finish teaching the entire primary syllabus by term 3 of p6…followed by revision for the big P.

                      Hi Mummies and Daddies,

My DD, will be in 2018 PSLE - and yes, began to feel very worried when I was talking to a few parents of the 2018 PSLE. Heard MOE will launch some changes in 2017, so all our darlings would be affected by the changes when they took the 2018 papers, 😓

Please share the preparation processes 😉
