      FantasyLandDreams:
      Dear parents,

Checking for a friend who would like to find out how does P3 class allocation works ( her dd is in P2):

      For a P2 with a total score 280 to 289:
Are they assigned to top P3 class, or minimum must be 290 and above?

      Thanks.
280-289 usually will be able to get to top class.

        Hi Beeby,

Just to check, for allocation of classes, is it top 120 will be allocated to the top 3 classes and then the remaining 90 will be allocated to the remaining 3 classes? 🙂 Or allocation is done based on top 40 going to the top class, 41-80 going to second class.. etc?

              Good Day to All…

I am new to this forum and chanced upon it while searching for information. My girl is due for Primary 1 next year, but I am choosing between st Nick’s and Paya Lebar Methodist. Any advice from the parents whose girls just joined St Nick’s a year or 2 ago?
I am keen to find the homework load and whether the school emphasises on character education.

St Nicholas is a Catholic girls school whereas Paya Lebar Methodist (PLMGS) is a Methodist Christian school.

You may have to consider how far apart the distance is for both schools from your residence. Is your child going to take school bus, public transport or attend student care? I know there are student care centres outside PLMGS.

Both schools are equally good and they have their own individual strengths.
