Is DHS the only place where I can buy the school uniform or can I go to the vendor directly? Anyway, what defines colourful sports shoes?

You can buy school uniform from Shanghai school uniform located at Bras Basah Complex. I prefer to get uniforms from here as there is 2 fiiting rooms for the child to try on.

      Shanghai School Uniforms Pte Ltd
      Blk 231 Bain Street
      #03-43 Bras Basah Complex
      Singapore 180231

Will 3 sets of uniform and 2 sets of PE attire be sufficient for a year 1?

lostbunny, if you do regular laundry and ironing, then 3 sets of uniform and 2 sets of PE will be enough. However, if you only do laundry/ironing once a week then 3 sets of uniform will not be sufficient. PE attire is only worn during PE lesson, they will change into PE attire before PE lesson, after that, have to change back to uniform for other lessons.

Hi hmmm, thanks. Though I do my laundry everyday and ironing 2x a week, if after PE lesson need to change back to uniform then I better get 4 sets of uniform. Do they just change the PE shorts to the uniform shorts or even the top need to change to the shirt as well?

            Hi Lostbunny,

They need to change back to shirt after PE.
You will also need to buy 1 sch polo T-shirt and a tie.
Based on this year, on Friday, they are supposed to wear school polo T-shirt with shorts/skirt.
On Mon, they are supposed to wear full uniform with tie (for once a week assembly).

I'm sure your DS will get in DHS. Best of luck.
