Hi. No. The name tag color is not the house color. House color is the different color on the PE outfit. The diff color on the name tags are for the differ a levels (p1 / 2 /3 etc).

:thankyou:[/quote]Yes P1 is blue. They will wear that all the way to P6 -
Hi
My DD is also P1 in 2016. Understand that name tags on PE tshirts are not necessary but I didn’t read this page earlier. My tailor had actually sewn on the name tags on my DD PE tshirts too. But it’s sewn on top of the school logo (for pinafore it’s sewn below based on the given measurements and position by Bibi & Baba).
Is this ok? Or do I need to remove the name tags?
For those who sew on the name tags on PE tshirts, may I know where’s the position? Thanks much! -
Dear 2015 Rgps P6 students (born 2003),
may take note, of new rule. (those who intend to appeal)
MOE has given instructions to Principal and VP of Secondary schools :
accept Appeal from students whose T-score have met the school's Cut-off-point & above.

Hi freestyler898,Hello all kiasuparents,
Just like a number of anxious parents there, my girl will be starting P1 in school year 2016 (2 wks or so to be exact from now) and I have yet heard the final word from school bus operators in terms of route/pickup times etc. But from what has been tossed around, I have been hearing that the school buses aim to reach school at 6.40am or possibly even as early as 6.30am (which is when gate opens as far as I know). Is that right? That doesn't sound too appealing given that students are not required to be in school until 7.20am or so?
We live within the 2km zone from the RGPS (hillcrest site) - a direct non stop drive from our home along sixth avenue to school is usually no longer than a 10-15 min. commute without your usual peak hour traffic. We have been warned that the pickup time by the buses be no later than 6-6.10am to avoid the congestion - is that plausible? Just thinking out loud given that we're new to all these.
Appreciate all your inputs.
Thanks
I'm also along Sixth Avenue. The bus operator has just informed me that pick-up for my child will be at 625am. She will be the first few to be picked up. Have you heard from them yet? -
I stay in Bukit Batok. Would any parents from hill view, upper by tomahawk of by Batok area like to car pool? Either take turns to fetch or everyone pay one mum who will fetch daily?
Frankly I’m sick of the bus service in RGPS -
Hi, school bus operator called and said they will pick my gal at 6.30am… I live at Shelford… May reconsider to walk her to school.
-
Yah. Better f walking.
-
It seems the school bus fee is much more expensive than other schools’.

The bus operator sent confirmation about 1 week back. My DD on bus 4 one way is $130/mth
