Can any one share with us if there is a shortcut from Bishan MRT station to the school? :?

From the google map, it says that we have to go in via st. 22 ( main gate ). Is there any shorter path? :?:

Yeah, follow the boys in green shorts & your child won't get lost. My son managed on his own the 1st day to CHS trailing the group of boys

No. Not by Tscore. It will be mixed among all the sec 1 classes. At least that was so for this year sec 1.

Is there a selection test or anyone can join any CCA they wants, is there a min requirements such as they must join 1main and 1 sub or anything like that…

I believe the 1st 2 weeks are the orientation weeks and the year 1 will have a feel of the cca involved. Im not sure if my info is out-dated, but ip track are allowed to choose any cca, whereas the o level track must take sports, aesthetics or uniformed groups as the main cca. This is because if the cca 2 points bonus for entry into jc.

Oh..my ds is in ip stream, thus he can take robotic, chess or even origami club? these are non core cca I presume.. You know, he is the 'in house ' type..

Indoor type maybe can take ion, choir, dancing, debate etc.. But note all cca are intensive and high performing... So not really laid back type...
