At the start of 2016, one of the quotes she shared was to be thankful for something each day.

Since then, I started writing a short sentence on things to be thankful for almost daily. There are actually many things to be thankful daily. So life isn’t that bad.

Home learning day for dd today, she was rather focused and completed some assignments in the morning. We had lunch at a nearby mall and I am thankful for her company. (As a Sahm with an only child, I am usually the only one at home in the mornings on weekdays)
