My child got in HIPS under phase 2b for pri 1 in 2016.
we are in 1-2 km and need to ballot.
Hence i think the chance outside 2 km is pretty slim.
Btw the sch is moving to the temp holding area in 2017-2018.
They will move back in 2019.

How was the balloting crowd…? what was the Ratio of applications to the available seats in phase 2B?

Mine was phase 2c, not 2b
I ballot for phase 2c and was 1 -2 km.
hence for phase 2c
under 1km, all got in.
1-2 km, ballot. It was 20 of us ballot for 19 seats.

Moving forward, will HIPS implement into single session for morning?


For PV, what type of services did your render? need any interview pior to PV?

I think it will still be double session these 2-3years since the school is undergoing upgrading.


Can anyone share more about the school? Like homework load, quality of teachers, whether they set high standards for tests even for p1?

Really would like to hear from parents whose children are/were staying here now as the school does not have open house.
