Thanks the little ones. So far not keeping psle in sight for the P4 although I have told him that he should enjoy himself whenever he can because I canβt give him the same time for enjoyment two years down the road.

actually i feel that psle prep must start from P4. as in start off slow and get him used to concepts like time management, stress management and the need to complete work before play.
P5 is when the real exam stress kicks in and you will find lack of time due to tuition and sch supplementary classes -
Thanks again. In that respect I feel fortunate that DS2 likes to finish his work fast (many times too fast and he doesn't bother to check) - so I complain less about him playing before work is done compared with the elder.
Both my kids not stressed about exams, it's their lao niang that is stressing on behalf...figure someone in the house should stress a bit then normal.

Every child is different...even when you had experienced it once, the 2nd time may not always be easier. My #2 is taking her psle this year and #1 is taking o levels this year. Even though i don't have to plan older one's schedule, i have to monitor his progress to make sure he doesn't get burnt out.the little ones:
just finished my daughter's psle last year and now aiming for my son's psle in 2018! Ganbatte!!
at least you finished one...my first PSLE experience this year with DS1, and then 2 years later, DS2. So fun (NOT!) -

Mine here day dreams and needs prompting. Work hardly checked...so there is no units of measurement for math. Or else math word problem computation copy wrongly :slapshead:Thanks again. Hi,
Anyone here send your kids to writing class? Any recommendations?
I think my DD needs help in writing. She needs to learn to write a decent compo.
TIA!
