2016 P1 Registration Exercise for 2017 In-Take

i am new to P1 registration as well. My DS is gg to P1 next year. Opting for Rulang as my hubby was in the Alumni. Can i check whether is it confirmed that he will go in Rulang? or may still have to go through balloting?

Will MOE notify us when to register for p1?

If the space are oversubscribe, yes need to go through balloting, but Rulang has not gone to this stage before, should be quite safe.

You need to know if you will in Phase 2A1 (ex-student and joined the alumni by Jun 2015), or Phases 2A2 (ex-student).

MOE will not notify, pls check the website around Jun or look out in news ...

Prepare all the documents in advance, report book, immunization records etc...

Looking at the balloting history for sengkang green. Can someone kindly explain to me what is the meaning of the figure in red APP 228% and TUR 100% under phrase 2c ? Thanks

APP 228% means it was 228% oversubscribed at phase 2C…red means balloting was conducted for citizens staying <1km…TUR 100% means all seats in the school filled at the end of that phase. No seats left for 2C(Supp) liao…

Applicants in each distance bucket ballot only within their own bucket. They are not mixed. Priority is given to those staying within 1km, followed by those 1-2km, and finally those >2km. So if balloting occurs only for those >2km, it means those within 2km have already gotten their places.

Can I check when do we register for 2017 P1? A bit lost touch as my second child was in Phase 1, so registration \"automatic\" to form teacher. :oops: Now need to register for DD no. 3.

The above is only true if you are a SC. If the applicant is a PR, even if the address is within 1km of the school, they would be admitted after all SC has gained admission.

Just read the above thread that there will be No notification from MOE to register our children for P1? Parents must check up the MOE website to get updated on the dates of different phases?
