Hi, I'm new here. The time has come finally, so stressful.

Just read the above thread that there will be No notification from MOE to register our children for P1? Parents must check up the MOE website to get updated on the dates of different phases?
Yes you are right. However, some kindergartens will also have notices up informing parents of the dates.

As a general guide, the various registration phases takes place in July while the dates will be out on the MOE website around May/June period, sometimes earlier.

        Hope this helps.

          Just to share:

Website to print for your child immunisation history
          https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/nirp/eservices/login

I just printed mine. My DD will be reg under sibling phase. No sweat for us.
Hi, thanks lovinglife for the link. I didn't even know there's such a link 😓

Nevertheless I noticed there is a 'Print history' button as well as a \"Request\" button. Is it the same records/format for both?

Another thing is I noticed my child has one vaccine under '2-11 years old' that is due in 2014. Do you know if this is the one that the school will vaccinate them when they enter P1 or we have to get it done ourselves? Thanks..

For balloting within 1kM for SC, does SC refer to parents or child’s citizenship?

Hi, my boy is borned in the year of 2010 and will be in P1 next year. Our distance to Fairfield Pri School is 1.8km and we have no relationship to get into phrase 2A or 2B. Alternatively my mum’s place is within 1km nearby Qifa Pri School and Nan Hua Pri School. I cant make up my mind which school to try and my husband preferred school to be as near as possible… Any advice for me please…tia

Among the schools you mentioned, seems like your only choice is Qifa. What about schools near your house?

Will your mum be the one looking after your boy? If so, it's better to choose a school nearer to your mum's house. However, if you are going by the caregiver route, you will be in the 1-2 km category even if your mum's house is next to the school. This rules out Nan Hua.
