We didn't pre-create any Secondary school threads in the Secondary section. The schools were created entirely by the community and just grew from there. If you wish, you can create the SAS thread yourself.

I’m wondering if any parent is aware of any bullying that goes on in this school (primary 1)

I wanted to send my boy to this school but I also heard of some bullying cases, especially Secondary kids to the primary kids, all these from a Teacher teaching there who happens to be my bro-in-law’s friend.

But, boys will be boys, I personally didn’t think of it as an issue but my hubby is dead against it.
So I’m dropping the idea of sending him there…

ya, did hear abt e bullying during Principal meetup session. My boy was bullied also. They have a counsellor to attend to it. My son’s incident was reported to his form teacher also. I think 2way communication did help.

Form teacher also play a signifcant role. I heard the P1/1 class teacher is superb "ON".

As for boarding hse. It eases my mind when i at work. Setback is e room was cold, food was cold. This was feedbacked during day1 and parents do need to drop by and feel for themselves. The slots are limited for each yr intake.

For parents enrolling P1 (2011) intake, best to call and reserve ur slot early.

Bullying is common. My daughter is feeling it at her school and I was bullied in mine. Runs in family? Haha 😛

Anyway, we're thinking of enrolling our son in this school. He'll be eligible for P1 in 2012. We have no affiliations and live outside 2km so will be stuck in phase 2c. Anyone know the balloting history of this school? What would our chances be?
