Taiwanese porridge…dishes generally good, love their chye poh omelette. Rice/porridge is counted per head, free flow after the first bowl (can switch between rice and porridge for subsequent orders). Think it’s called ‘Gu Zao Ren’.

Opp that, the fishball noodles are good too. Love their fishballs in chilli, heard it’s handmade. The mee tai bak soup is good too.

Only 1 with super long queue. I ever joined the queue (took me probably 30-45min) - stretch for very long, I think uncle fries order by order. I found it okay only.

Satay beehoon not too bad, although the one at nearby Redhill market is nicer (with compensating longer queue).

Actually I didn't find ABC food centre that fantastic.

You should try Hong Lim, People's Park, Kovan, Pek Kio, Old Airport Road, Telok Ayer (Amoy), Kreta Ayer or Boon Keng. Tiong Bahru's std has dropped. Sometimes I go to Zion Road or Adam Road ones, but nothing really memorable.

There's a TanKee's Roast Meat stall at Pek Kio Food Centre. 😆

But when I'm at Pek Kio Mkt, I only eat the famous prawn mee from Wah Kee. Best broth ever. Super long queue because the hawkers are very old and movements are ultra slow. Beats Whitley Road prawn mee stall at Old Airport Rd.

If you're into roast meat, then ABC food centre has FATTY CHEONG. Heard its char siew really good.

There're 2 Hokkien Mee stalls at ABC but 1 is more famous than the other. The rest like chicken rice, Yong Kee fishball stalls are so so...

I find it so-so too. There seemed to be insufficient cleaners the last few time I was there...tables were piled with used crockery

Find Hong Lim rather stuffy. What's good at PP? Kovan - nothing interesting. Love the two beef noodle stalls @ Old Airport. Kreta Ayer is OK but parking is a chore. Hardly go to BoonKeng and Telok Ayer

There's one at Geylang Bahru too!

Didn't know this place existed. Old housing estate? I like the prawn mee at Redhill market and also at a Penang food restoran near Aljunied MRT. What time does Wah Kee starts business? Thought of trying if it's shorter Q at off peak hrs.

That's the stall near the CP access, ya?

There's one Lor Mee and Wanton Mee...think side by side...quite popular. Another Wanton Mee run by a fat Unker...not bad too.

Dessert stall...supposed to be famous for chendol and mango ice.

                      U moved near that vicinity?

I like the popiah and claypot rice (though not too fantastic).
