Booked our air tickets for Jan 2017. In Jan we should be dressed in winter clothing right?
Any hotel to recommend for Tokyo Central? Or any service apartment to recommend? Want to do some grocery shopping and cooking broccoli meal for my #1. -

Whats ur budget for your hotel and how many adults and children? -
Try checking out keio plaza and citidines but all fully book for the dates i am looking at. I am not sure if its still early and they only accept booking closer to the date.
Or should i start to worry about sourcing for the perfect hotel for us? Or it has to do with my setting? Finding room for 2A 2C is like finding needle in ocean -

2A 2C on our travel team. As my kids are quite young so want to take it slowly. Want to let my #1 take some train and the bullet train too. (His favourite transportation).

Hotels for Jan 2017 is still quite far ahead, u can start to look around Aug/Sept 2016 as most of the hotels don`t open their reservations so early.... For 2 adults and 2 children, its quite hard to find accommodation unless u split up to 1 adult and 1 children in 1 room, but then again, there are also family rooms or feel free to look for airbnb (some law restrictions are ongoing)...
Which airport are u using for arrival and departure?
My suggested route for you
Tokyo
1) Disneyland n Disneysea
2) Mother Farm
3) Fish Market
Yokohama
1) Cup Noodle Museum
Hiroshima
1) Miyajima
Shizuoka
1) Mount Fuji
Also, look at sites like

My friend from HWZ, Samtcy has a good travel blog. I advise u to also take a look at her site
