      SydneyBB:

Leave it to my DS to manage on his own. If teachers can't finish marking, how would the children know their mistakes before exam?
He told me he doesn't have time to do the assessment I bought for him. Stressed but don't know how to help.
for science, daughter is given past year exam papers for homework...30 MCQs. for english, school worksheets...maths would be school worksheets and/or from math workbook. wonder why are schools pumping kids with so much homework when there is SA...unless they feel this is THE WAY to revise.

I don't think so. She does not see the urgency :frustrated:

Any one attending Adam khoo’s "Develop Motivation and Effective Exam Skills to excel in the PSLE for $250 this June". How worth is it? Any suggestions on past seminars?

I do not check my DD school files.. But this afternoon, I was looking for a piece of school circular and I chanced upon a ScI revision paper she did in school last month... I want to :faint:.

Most of her answers were wrong.. Wrongly phrased, giving generic answers( not addressed to the question asked), not using the 'key' words... I am so :nailbite: 😓 🙏 for the coming SA1.

Wow some of us here have SA starting next week, that’s early. For us, also no time to start own exam preparations since sch has been giving tons of hw including revision/mock papers. Hopefully that will help towards revision. I reckon my ds can only start his own revision the week or few days before his SA exam starts…sweat
