For historical trends, there is the ura website that shows both private & public housing transactions & rentals at http://www.ura.gov.sg/real_estate/index.htm
My favourite is http://www.streetsine.com which shows more detailed information on private transactions done.
If you just want to find out what's available in the market, your usual suspects will be places like iproperty, propertyguru & singaporeexpats. Just google to get the url. -
