      BigDevil:
How many of these Bib Gourmand awardee have you tried?

      Hawker Stalls

      11. Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice – Maxwell Food Centre
      14. Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice – Tiong Bahru Market
      16. Balestier Road Hoover Rojak – Whampoa Market Place
      17. Liang Zhao Ji (soy duck) – Whampoa Market Place

      Restaurants
      1. Alaturka (Turkish) – Bussorah Street
      3. Ka Soh (Singaporean) – College Road
      4. Kok Sen (tze char) – Keong Saik Road
      7. Peony Jade at Keppel Club (Cantonese) – Bukit Chermin Rd
      9. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh – New Bridge Rd
      10. 328 Katong Laksa – East Coast Road

Tried these. Well, not too bad, but there are better ones I can tell u.

Dunno why these are in the M list in the first place.

        Exactly what I feel.

Hard to imagine they went to every hawker stall in Singapore.
So how did they arrive at this list?

Based on the map, it seems that the team only focused on the central area.

Only 1 - the Meiling St one (no. 12 in the hawker stall list). It’s good tasting, but the portions are getting tinier. Even I, a small eater, find the portions small! And they are closed several days a week, and when open, either the queue is long (slow service - just 1 old man and his daughter) or they are sold out!

My guess is that the M assessors used some pre-selected list provided by someone, and maybe just concentrated on the places not too far from town?

Sorry I tried Ka Soh (Swee Kee) at Telok Ayer, not College Rd.

                Are they the same?

tried Chey Sua Carrot Cake…not bad, crispy but a little too oily.

as for the rest of the names on the list, I can don’t find them very fantastic.

They should be mostly ang mohs? Don't think they will dare try our famous fish head curry or kway chap

I hope my fav stalls will not ever get picked!
