So you mean we need to stay at least 30mths and can be anytime before registration? Whether it’s owned or rented premise?
-
Yes it’s 30 months after registration. Preferably slightly earlier so that you can change the address on your NRIC
-
Thanks for the info. At least it’s something that we can consider.
-
This year MOE website states that the address will have to reflect where you stay from 30 June 2016. Applies only for P1 in 2017. Next year I suspect they will similarly give a cut off date for you to change your address.
For alumni registration, i suggest you call up ACSP and ask them. Let them know which year your kid will be entering P1. If you still have a chance, they will let you know. -

May I check, which month did MOE update their website this year to indicate that the cut off date to change your address is from 30 June 2016?
We will register p1 in 2017 for 2018 intake. We will move into 1km from both ACSP and ACSJ. In terms of when to move, presently we have 2 options, either 1 Dec 2016 or 1 April 2017. The consideration is that our current place is very near our son’s preschool, while the new place won’t be so near to the preschool. However, if we move in April 2017, not sure whether it will be too late if MOE comes out new rule next year on the address cut off date. -

I think you misunderstood. You need to reflect the new address on 30 June 2016 if you're applying this year for 2017 intake. If you're applying next year for 2018 intake, I believe you need to reflect your new address on 30 June 2017.grapevine:

Rule of thumb, try to update your NRIC before the registration starts. -

Sure, we will update our NRIC before the registration starts in 2017. Thanks! -
Under phase 2B, at the end of today how many have registered under 1km for ACJS and ACPS?
-
For condo units located within 1km from both ACS Primary and ACS Junior, it appears to me that the following 8 projects can meet the distance requiement:-
Amaryllis Ville
Newton 21
The Linc
Gloucester Mansions
Sarkies Garden
Sarkies Mansion
Suites@Surry
Chancery Court
Just wondering is there any other good condo project I have missed out? Many thanks! -

Under phase 2B, at the end of today, 57 registered for ACJS (50 seats available) and 29 registered for ACPS (20 seats available).
Not sure how many within the above-mentioned 57 boys and 29 boys are living under 1km respectively.
Looks like both school will have balloting under phase 2B?
