I think this is not unusual in every school and at workplaces.

In my workplace, they would have gone redundant. There should be mechanism like peer appraisal for this. No, this is not usual, especially for graded assignments.

More alarming is kids on their ipad instead of paying attention in class… It seems to be happening in many schools. envy this kids? our time, class time was really nothing else but pay attention or stare into space. No "leisure" activities during lesson time…
