No, unfortunately withdrawal and reapplication will have to be done in person. And make sure you give yourself enough time and have all the necessary documents on hand ( both parents IC and child's BC). You will need to register at a school by 4.30pm, otherwise the school may not count your ap0plication.

The take up rate in 2016 is lower than 2015, but the number of applicants for MTS in 2015 was 135 and HPS was 129 and balloting conducted for within 1km. One should expect balloting within 1km for 2016 as well.[/quote]thank you guys for the advise and I will keep a close look on these two school.

You might not be able to do an online withdrawal on Friday.

In 2015, 30% of seats were left for Phase 2C = 72 while applicants were 132% of available or 95 applied.

Can give it a try..but think some schools will not disclose over the phone. Maybe you can ask on the last day of Phrase 2C registration instead.

Most probably they'll only keep track of the on-site registration. If they collate the online registration after the period is over, you might be able to get the correct number on the 3rd day (29 Jul).

I didn’t realize the online registration starts today. I thought is was from tomorrow to Friday. Has anyone used the online system to register yet? Is is up and working?
