For St Anthony's Primary, plenty of chance for Phase 2B but no chance at all for phase 2C.

St. Anthony balloted for SC < 1km for the past 2 years,
so it doesn't look good for your 1-2km.

Your safer bet would be Princess Elizabeth but do monitor
closely in case there is a sudden surge in applicants this year.

68+9+3 = 79, just nice. All will go in without balloting.

However, this is only Day 1 of Phase 2C. Numbers will change within the next 2 days. Once applicants <1 km is more than 79 at the end of Day 3, balloting will only be for this group. The rest will be unsuccessful.
