Swing applicants from Nan Chiau should be using Rivervale (for better chance of balloting) and North Vista for alternative in 2C while 2Cs backup Springdale
It seems more limited to the sengkang green folks, back up for them should be springdale (should be 1-2km away) and fernvale (for both 2C and 2Cs)
Studying the catchment area for Sengkang/Punggol is very difficult. It's just too dense and close together.

No of children registered in 2C: 35
total until end of Day 2: 95
TUR till end of Day 2: 95/180 = 52.7% which is 53%.
