Hi all, I’m new to RAD and am curious after watching some videos of the exams. Do the children generally find it easy remembering the choreography? It seems like they have quite a bit to remember.

My girl usually find it confusing... but after weeks and weeks of dancing and plus the extra coaching class before RAD exams, there is no problem for her to remember all the steps.

Anyone attended SBA ballet masterclass before? Is it helpful for RAD exams in April, or it is more of an extra enrichment class nature and not so exam-focused?

Not to worry.
The extra coaching class conducted nearer towards exam period (6 months before actual exam), will help them practise, remember their steps well

CC will usually be the most affordable place to learn ballet. Several CCs do have very good ballet teachers... do ask those parents who happened to be sending their daughters as they have the most reliable first hand information on the feedback of that particular ballet teacher.
