Hey all worried mummys and daddys, just to inform you that kids will always be curious about sex and the opposites sexs body parts. It very natural and its part of growing.Hi Parents,
I will like to find out when you parents stop being naked in front of your kids.
My two boys are 5 and 8. I still allow them to see me naked while I am bathing or changing clothes.
The elder one though 8, does not seem to display any particular attention. I am always normal in front of them, and they don't pay seem to bother too.
The reason that I did not stop them is I don't feel the need to 'hide'. Wouldn't it make them feel more curious to know about mummy's body or maybe other girl's body in the future if I keep hiding from them. I tot maybe if they see it frequently, it will become 'nothing' in their eyes so their mind will not get too excited or curious about women's body when they grow up. I don't want my sons to grow up being to curious about sex and want them to treat it as a normal part of themselves.
I once overheard a boy of age about 7-8 yrs requesting his mum to let him go into the shower so that he can watch her bathe at a public pool. I was at the next cubicle bathing. The mum rejected him. I found it rather funny though. Son wanted to watch mum bathe and mum frantically refusing to let him watch.
While, I intend to stop when my boy shows sign of akwardness or puberty.
Will it be too late? Are you parents ok with being naked in front of yuor kids?
If you dont want your kids to learn bad or unnecessary things about sex from their friends/classmates, educate them about it yourselves. Sometimes theres even news of child molestation and pedophiles. Educating them about this is very important so they know what is right and what is wrong. Its maturing in a sense. The school will do it in the later part but they may not pay attention to it.
So dont worry, your child deserves to know. Keeping them in the dark may even lead to worse things. -

Speaking from a son's pov, my mom changed freely in front of me till about sec 4. Not that she purposely wants to exhibit in front of me but that for example I am in her room and then she needs to change shirt or something she does so without asking me away or anything.
As much as I am feeling ok doing this in front of my boys, I am wondering if there are any serious side effects doing this? I will really like to hear more views on this esp from the daddys too.
But she changes with her underwear on. She doesn't feel awkward or anything. She says that it was from her body i was conceived and that when women go swimming they wear swimsuits close to underwear.
But i think i felt weird if my dad was inside the room too because it reminds me they had to do something to conceive me.
I guess a side effect might be that it could make the kids have a liberal mindset to sexuality and all. Or maybe its my parent's open discussion that makes me so? -
Is there a general age consensus to stop children seeing you naked? 4-5 years old?

Interesting topic…
My kids & us still share bath when we go for hot springs in Taiwan… Sons are 7 & 11 & dotter is 4.
Maybe gonna stop for my elder son. He seems to show sign of shyness & awareness. -
Interesting topic. For kids who are teenagers already, better do not be naked in front of them
-
I think you should never become naked in front of kids

kids’ memory get increasingly much better after 4, I think better not to be naked as early as possible
