Agree totally with Janet. The pressure is great. There's prelims, actual PSLE oral and tons of homework to handle by these 11/12 years old kid. Not easy.

I make honey lemon drink for her to bring to school everyday to boost up the VitC. Good luck to all!
to make things worse, the teachers are piling on pressure on the kids.
daughter told me that :slapshead: now I have to be her cheerleader to reduce the pressure...will remind her to take 1 teaspoon of manuka every night.

think for P6 Oral topics : usually is school community, or neighbourhood community environment related Topics.

won't be on Topics like keep pets

I am concerned what kind of topics will be tested for PSLE oral. Certain topics like keeping pets, travel, musical instrument for example, kids who don't have personal experience will have problems handling.

I am sure SEAB won't have such topics too. They have to consider as much children as possible. They won't choose topics that only priviledged have access such as those you mentioned. However, some kids never take MRT or bus or don't know what a void deck or hawker centre is. That one can't blame MOE for choosing such topics.

All the best to your gal!
