My ds' good point is he never shuns the girls when playing or doing stuff and will tell other boys that girls are equal. As long as a (non-whiny) girl wants to join an activity that he is organizing, she can join even if she is much younger. Earlier this year I had 2 little girls (about 6 or 7) coming to my house to look for him because they missed him at the playground. :scratchhead:
Your ds must be gd-looking to attract so many bees. Wait till they enter sec 1. My dd told me that bgr is very common in this co-ed sch that my dd's ex-classmates are in. :shock:Sursum:
If only I can ward these type of troublemaker girls off with garlic!
Edit to add: referring to the bgr busybodies
That's why it will be all boys sec sch for my ds. My ds is blur like sotong. Asked him where the girls in his class dsa to. “Don't know\". Asked him the girls' names (only 8 of them) in his class. \"Now I know\". :faint:
All boys sec school - that is a new thought.
That's a great trait! My ds doesn't shun girls, more like the girls in his class don't really like to hang out with the boys. I think all these \"A likes B, B likes C\" are quite innocent. I remembered it happened in dd's class and during my time too! But of course not to the point that it gets out of hand. :nunchuk: Hope your ds will have a break from all the \"troublemaker\" girls during this period.
Ds is feeling quite relaxed now, studying at a slower pace compared to SA1. -

Despite telling me that she has tons of homework, DD has already \"retired for the night\" with her iphone. After her tuition class tomorrow, she is probably going to tell me that she needs to recuperate. :slapshead:

does she have to go back next week for supplementary classes? otherwise she will be very tired and busy completing tuition and school homework.

I hope daughter doesn't come back with homework after her supplementary next week...otherwise my work would have to be shelved. -
Mine will only complete her school homework. Not planning to do any other revision

Yes, not sure how effective these classes are. :scratchhead:

i bought her the assessments \" gear up for psle\" but she told me she had no time for them. I did not insist that she complete them. So, she just focus on her school and tuition homework. She is the kiasi kind, so will always make sure she complete the homework. Of course, the quality of the work may be compromised. -
Ds was given lots of homework but they have a lot of papers done and still not marked by the teachers. I think I will ask for answer keys and mark myself.

I have given daughter both past year exam paper and revision papers from assessment book…this way, I hope she would have some exposure to questions set by other schools and also some questions from assessment books. Don’t know whether it works, but at this point in time, i need to polish her MCQ and hope to bring up the marks for open ended.

Left with less than 3 weeks to PSLE, how to improve science section A? DS result has slide so much!
