My DD came home very upset n worried. She says the math paper is very tough. The feedback I get is the same from some. Seems this year is a tough one.

Depends mostly on the individual. Many think it’s easy but in the end, all careless I think it’s better that they find it tough but exercise more care in checking the questions that they are confident of.

The weekend is here… A good breather tonight before we (both mama and ds) continue studying tomorrow…

Please console your DD to let go and move on to prepare for the other papers. Assure her the maths paper is same for all, if it is tough, it is tough for all. So not to worry too much and just concentrate on what is coming. What is done is over and there is no point looking back as there is nothing that can be done about it anymore. What is coming you can put in effort to be better prepared.

I am counting down to the collection of the result slip. Three week to go. Can’t wait to see what DD will get for

EL, though she didn’t do well this time round. Selection of schools within 7 days is going to be stressful for us. We have no schools in mind just yet.

Hi, I took the paper today and I would like to clear up some confusion:

                        Paper 1 Q30. 4 (units given) (2m)
                        Paper 1 Q12. 4 - $96 (2m)
                        Paper 2 lightbulb question. 585cm (3m)
Paper 2 day of the week question Wednesday (3m)
