Anyone has any idea; for the orientation on the 19th, do we also buy the uniform and books on the same day?

There will be some paperwork to fill. You can do both but the q and the waiting time will be long. I will advise you to buy uniform at the shop as need to try the sizes. Booklist will be out a week before the orientation, therefore can purchase earlier.

Thanks for replying. How long has your child attended? Do you see improvement? What’s the class size?

anyone whose kids didn't have a CCA in upper primary?

Hi Serendipity, Most seem to have some form of CCA; those who do not perhaps have their own non-academic pursuits at their own time? It's really personal preference.

                    Thanks sky minecrafter!
My DD is thinking of dropping CCA altogether in upper primary, though I still feel that it's better to have a CCA for the holistic development.
Btw, any idea what enrichment lessons/programmes will be offered by the school in P4, and which days they are usually on?

Hiya, Wednesdays tend to be MO (Maths Olympiad) training, if u choose to sign up tt is. School MO is very decently priced (probably subsidised if u were to compare against Maths Hub market rates); I'd strongly recommend it. Of course, e quality of this course largely depends on one's luck in meeting a decent instructor... I doubt ur dc will need remedial of any sort; remedial will be offered (after CA1 results) & really depends on individual teachers' schedule (or so it is said).

Oh yes, MO training for P3 was on Wed too. So it continues in P4 (till P6) as well? Actually I don't really know how useful the MO training this year was for DD. Lol... but good for exposure.
