May I know what is the reporting time? A HCI student told me that they have to report at 7.15am for silent reading but another parent told me reporting time is at 8am.

Before the last term, the school will asked the child to submit a form to choose to put into msg or not to.

Most kids except GEP ones would be allocated randomly... Only the GEP kids would be allocated to iSpark

No, mainly GEP and other students with higher PSLE scores are posted to iSparks. This is because their syllabus (such as Maths, Science subjects) are enriched, that is, there are additional topics and projects as part of their assessment.
