2017 P1 Registration Exercise for 2018 In-Take

New to the forums...

I have a boy who will be going to P1 in 2018.
Question: Does anyone know the dates for P1 registration in 2017 yet? I saw on MOE website that last year it started on 30 June for Phase 1 and so on.

We are planning for vacation in last 2 weeks of June this year, and I don't want to risk missing out on anything important that I might need to do before registration starts.

Which phase are you in? If you're only registering under Phase 2B onward, you should be able to go for your holiday in June.

Pioneer Primary, West Grove, Westwood & Jurong West

1st Choice - Jurong West Primary
2nd Choice - Westwood Primary

Any mommy or daddy can comment about the above school?

Thanks. I'm looking at Phase 2A1 for my boy. Any chance that they will start Phase 1 and Phase 2A1 in mid June? I don't know historically when the dates are.

How far is far? Are you prepared to be neither in Maha Bodhi nor Temasek primary, should you fail in balloting?

Every year, P1 registration begin in July.

June is school holiday. Nobody start P1 Registration, during school holiday.

Hi apple,

My elder son is in Temasek Pri thus i can only comment on that. Im very happy with the school so far. They are a well balanced school without being over the top when comes to academic stress but yet its competitive enough to motivate the child. There are many school initiated programmes that makes different subject learning fun and effective at the same time. I only have good things to say about the school so far.
